  • Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Company - (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Groupe Chezanny inc., 422 rue de la poudriere, QC H4G3K1, Canada.

Confidentiality - Requirement that private or confidential information not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

End-user devices - Information technology (IT) assets used among members of an enterprise during work, off-hours, or any other purpose. Network devices - Electronic devices required for communication and interaction between devices on a computer network. For the purpose of this document, network devices are a subset of enterprise assets.

Network infrastructure - Refers to all of the resources of a network that make network or internet connectivity, management, business operations, and communication possible. It consists of hardware and software, systems and devices, and it enables computing and communication between users, services, applications, and processes. Network infrastructure can be cloud, physical, or virtual.

Non-computing/Internet of Things (IoT) devices - Devices embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting, storing, and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet. While these devices are not used for computational processes, they support an enterprise’s ability to conduct business processes. Examples of these devices include printers, smart screens, physical security sensors, industrial control systems, and information technology sensors. For the purpose of this document, non-computing/IoT devices are a subset of enterprise assets.

Operating system - System software on enterprise assets that manages computer hardware and software resources and provides common services for programs. Operating systems are considered a software asset and can be single- and multi-tasking, single- and multi-user, distributed, templated, embedded, real-time, and library.

Personal Data - is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Physical environment - Physical hardware parts that make up a network, including cables and routers. The hardware is required for communication and interaction between devices on a network.

Policy - A directive that defines how the organization protects its information assets and information systems, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintains an environment that supports those guiding principles.

Portable end-user devices - Transportable, end-user devices that have the capability to wirelessly connect to a network. For the purpose of this document, portable end-user devices can include laptops and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, all of which are a subset of enterprise assets.

Servers - A device or system that provides resources, data, services, or programs to other devices on either a local area network or wide area network. Servers can provide resources and use them from another system at the same time. Examples include web servers, application servers, mail servers, and file servers.

Service accounts - A dedicated account with escalated privileges used for running applications and other processes. Service accounts may also be created just to own data and configuration files. They are not intended to be used by people, except for performing administrative operations.

Services - Refers to a software functionality or a set of software functionalities, such as the retrieval of specified information or the execution of a set of operations. Services provide a mechanism to enable access to one or more capabilities, where the access is provided using a prescribed interface and based on the identity of the requestor per the enterprise’s usage policies.

Service Provider - Any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.   • We do not collect, process or store any payment information. The payment methods we use are cash and Interac bank transfers managed entirely by the client. We use this as a measure to keep your information secure.

 

  • Your online access to elements of your personal information is protected with a password you select. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages).

 

  • We don’t retain information longer than necessary

 

  • We have personal information retention processes designed to retain personal information of our clients and prospective clients for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or to otherwise meet legal requirements.

Individuals have the right to access, update, and correct personal information in Chezanny

custody and control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law.

You may update certain profile information you have provided to us by logging in to your account and clicking “MyAccount”. Otherwise, if you wish to request access, updating and corrections of inaccuracies in personal information in our possession or control, you may send a written request to this effect to chezannyosumi@gmail.com .
