Every February, Canadians from across the country participate in Black History Month events and festivities that pay tribute to the heritage of Black people in Canada and their communities. Africans brought with them ingredients and cooking techniques, as well as memories of ancestral and regional recipes. This month, we are featuring African-inspired dishes on our menu. Contact us and discover amazing flavors and nutritious, captivating meals.

They say nothing tastes better than a home-cooked meal prepared with love. What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than with a special menu that will delight you and your loved ones and leave you feeling full of love? What does cooking mean to you as an act of love? What dishes does this phrase evoke in you, and what value did the people who cooked your most nutritious and memorable meals have? Chezanny addresses these questions with a deeper, socially multidimensional approach. Follow us on our new podcast and on YouTube.

Reflection that inspired the creation of a podcast

At Chezanny, we believe that food is at the heart of our humanity. Have you ever thought that innocent cinnamon rolls could be used as a powerful weapon to defend women's rights? How often do your childhood memories of your favourite restaurant franchise linger on your palate? Have you ever been furious about paying an obscene amount of money for a dish you found absolutely mediocre? If you answered yes to these questions, we think you'll enjoy this brilliant, funny, and heartfelt book. After that, we recommend making Chezanny's cinnamon rolls or our cheddar biscuit version; we guarantee you'll never be disappointed!
